Li is an exchange student from Hong Kong. He is a decendant of Clow Reed, and doesn't think that Sakura is fit to be a Card Captor. He also doesn't seem to have much respect for Kero. He seems to be cold and acts very aloof toward most people. However, he can be very caring, and he eventually opens up toward Sakura.
