Julien is Tori's best friend and Yue's alter ego. Since Yue doesn't eat, Julien has to eat for them both. Needless to say, he has an incredible appetite. In the Japanese version, Julien is close to the center of a very complicated love web, with Sakura, Li, and Tori all as "potentials." He is very kind and friendly, seemingly much the opposite of his aloof other half. He lives with his parents in a traditional Japanese style house, complete with futons and all.
