Percy Weasley is one of Ron Weasley's older brothers. He is very goal driven and strives for success. Percy lives strictly by the rule book and worries immensly about what people will think of both hisself and his family. His two older brothers, Bill and Charlie, left Hogwarts before Percy's first year. Their success had a while to become blown out of proportion before he even arrived, and Percy feels obligated to live up to that image of them rather than the real one. Though he seems to be a pompus stick in the mud, Percy cares a lot about his family (if you don't believe me on this, please read the books again, paying special attention to the parts where Percy is mentioned. The two with the best examples are "Chamber of Secrets" and "Goblet of Fire")
